Built with a durable tubular steel frame with a scratch-resistant, powder-coated finish, the Paradigm 100 features three adjustment settings on the pivot arms to control the rotation speed while safety handles provide easy return to an upright position. wonderful item. my low back problem is much better. i invert several times a day for a minute or two and my spine is starting to really crackle and pop.
