I purchased this table in the hopes that it would relieve the nerve pain that I had in my back. At first when I inverted, I could feel the nerve spasm and feel like it wanted to seize up. After about 2 weeks of use, my back feels a lot better. I have greatly reduced the pain in my back, I stand up taller and I feel like I can bend over better due to the stretching of my back muscles. When I go back now and relax, I can feel the back pulling and love the feel of the chiropractor type popping of the disc.
With all that being said, my wife says she doesn't really feel anything when she inverts. I love it and use it twice a day or more when my back feels tight. Also, the table is extremely well made and a breeze to put together. I did not count on it being this well built due to the lower end price.

The Paradigm 100 Inversion Table was an excellent choice for me. I have spinal stenosis and have undergone physical therapy at which time an inversion table was suggested. I searched various web sites & found exactly what I was looking for on Amazon.com The Paradigm was delivered very promptly and I found it was very easy to set up. I have compaired the Paradigm to many other more expensive units & have found it to be very well constructed, very easy to use & has reduced my back pain considerably. At times I use the table while not wearing shoes & have found that the foot holds are comfortable even while barefoot.
I highly recommend the Paradigm 100 to anyone desiring an Inversion Table and not wanting to spend lots of money !!

Every so often, about once every two months, I would throw my lower back/ hips out of alignment from weightlifting. I bought this product because of a recommendation a doctor gave me. After using it for 10 minutes a day for 1 month I went back to see my doctor and was excited to hear her say that my back didn't look anywhere close to the same! This product has single-handedly helped to rid me of back pain. I still use it at least three times per week to help maintain my back health and would highly recommend it to others who suffer from low back pain. I ordered this table based on the reviews that were on the site. Now that I have it I figured I would add my review for future buyers. This table is more than I expected. It is very well built. Both my husband and I have used this and are very happy. I have lower lumber problems that I have been going to physical therapy for months now. This was an alternative to paying extra for traction. It works great. No problems with my lower back going into spasams. Would recommend it and so would everybody in my family that has come by and tried it out.Customer Review: A Great Deal

This lower-priced model doesn't seem low-end. It's very smooth. Once I adjusted it to my height, it's so well balanced I can hold myself at any angle, from a slight incline to 180. While doing so, it's possible to put pressure on your abs, making it a great plank workout (totally optional). The foot holders are comfortable enough. Considering the price, I couldn't be happier with it. It was a bit tricky to assemble, so follow the directions closely (I didn't). I would buy it again.
