I have relatively small hands and even I appreciate these things. Two in a package, so if you are smart enough to purchase a spare magazine (which I encourage), you will be able to outfit both of them properly. They work just fine on Ruger original magazines and I haven't seen fit to test them on third party products. They are just slightly larger than the extended plate your probably got with your LCP. And the grip is much more comfortable. Gun does not jump nearly as much now, and it really didn't add too much extra bulk to my pocket. Did not affect my accuracy one way or the other, but I am now able to quickly empty the magazine without losing the gun.
Still prefer the big 10 round magazines for target practice, but these little guys are wonderful to have when carrying on my person. Highly recommended to everyone with a Ruger LCP.
