I LOVE this car seat/stroller system and especially love having a second car seat base. It's so easy to put the carrier in this base. You can barely notice the base in the car - it looks much nicer than other bases. I feel that my baby is very safe in this system. Also, I selected this particular Amazon vendor to purchase from because they had FREE shipping. Not all on this site did and the base itself is heavy.

The Orbit Infant System Extra Base is so simple to install that it will only take you a matter of seconds. Orbit's patent-pending SmartHub dock allows you to twist and lock the seat into the rear-facing position with the seat at almost any angle. To uninstall, just pull up on the side latch and twist again. The base itself installs in the car with Orbit's patent-pending StrongArm so you can adjust the seat just by turning a knob, providing for safe and easy placement and removal.Sports and Outdoors
