This is a bit more substantial than the cheapest models, and the grabber-extension can be rotated from the handle in 90-degree clicks. As far as complaints I see about the rubber cups coming loose, all rubber-cup grabbers (at least in this price range) are built the same way, with a single screw securing each cup. It is easy enough to put a few drops of "crazy glue", contact cement or epoxy between the screw and its setting, to keep it tight forever.
