Stretch Out Strap with Booklet
This strap allows me to get nice deep stretches of all of my muscles without hurting the joints in my fingers. With a conventional yoga strap I had to either wrap the strap ends around my hands (crushing the finger joints) or maintain an extremely tight grip on the strap (stressing the finger joints). With this OPTP Stretch Out Strap, I simply slip my hands into the loops. No more hand/finger pain! That fact alone allows me to hold deeper and longer stretches.
I like this strap so much that I've purchased a second one. Now I have one for home and one for the office/gym.
