As a long time sufferer of back problems, I was first introduced to the MacKenzie back roll at physical therapy. I've tried other back support items, but nothing does as well as this back roll. After reading Robin McKenzie's book, I realized how important this Lumbar roll is. One for the office and the other for the car. Keeps the lordosis in place and combine with the McKenzie's excercises does a miracle for a guy experincing back problem on a daily basis.Customer Review: great for the car

This product has definitely made my 30-min. each way commute a lot easier on my back. Having it there also helps remind me to think about my posture and not slouch.
I haven't ever tried any similar kind of item before, but in my opinion this is a great product.

i use it around the house.it can strap on, so when you move about the house and return to your chair,you're ready.i feel that it has helped me sit straighter.it didn't take much to get used to it.it is comfortable.easy to adjust.
