Product is fine. The vendor delivered the items in a timely manner at a fair price and the quality is fine. I have worn out and/or lost several of these. With a long history of back surgeries and pain, the device is essential for any lengthy travel in a car. This is the first extra firm one I have purchased and I believe it will retain its support longer than the regular density model.Customer Review: Just what my back needed!I

A friend of mine had this roll recommended by her terapist, I though it was worth a try. Bought mine (for my wife) but got the change to try it for one day. Let me say that I want mine! At first is as any major change in posture, it is hard to do, a little unconfortable. But I think is worth the effort. I sit at work all day in a chair that definitely needed help. I had purchased a Lumbar roll with the strap and couple of years ago and it was worn out. This "Firm Density"is incredible. It helps my posture while I'm sitting and at the same time cushions my lumbar region.Customer Review: Lumbar Roll

I left my lumbar roll pillow on the airplane and was so upset! I use it ALL the time.
My husband had gotten it for me several years ago and I take it with me everywhere.
I looked it up on Amazon and found it cheaper than on the McKenzie website.

Well worth it; bought the firm & standard for my wife who has more back problems than me. Worked for both of us. Good supplier, a little slow at Christmas but they let me know. All you could expect from the product & the supplier & of course Amazon.
