Knowing your pace and your heart rate at the same time will change the way you think about training. Are you running faster today at a lower heart rate than you were at the start of your training program? If you are, you�re improving. Simple as that. Combination heart rate and speed/distance monitor. Features digitally coded transmission to virtually eliminate cross-talk and radio interference. Shows heart rate and how far and fast you are running. A runner�s chronograph (stopwatch). Shows lap and split (total) time. Pace and heart rate zones. You select a high and a low. Go outside that set boundary and the watch beeps. Whether it's a long, slow run or a tempo day, it pays to be smart about heart rate and pace. After a workout, you can review your lap times for up to 100 laps, average heart rate, pace, time in zones, etc. Tells the time, date, and has two alarms. Watch and chest strap are safe in the rain and in the pool. Foot sensor is splash resistant.
