I was looking for a BPA free water container and chose this one. I bought 2 of them and have been using them for about 6 months. Have not had any problems whatsoever. I leave one at home and take one to and from work every week and neither are leaking and both spigots are working just as they were when I bought them. I do treat them gently, especially the spigots. Cannot set them in sink for fill up without propping them up with small plastic dish underneath so spigot is not resting on sink bottom. And although I do handle gently within the spigot region, I do not have to grab with two hands after I have filled them. I just grab it by the handle and slap it into the fridge. Happy with product. Sorry to other reviewers who have not had luck with these.
