I have both the 2 bottle and the 4 bottle version of the Nathan Speed. I really like this product. I used it for Marathon training and never had a bottle fall out. Best way to wear it is very low on your waste (keeps the bottles from bouncing).
Customer Review: Belt that compliments. Sport shop rating: 4 Stars
I had (still have) Nike belt with 20oz single bottle and it worked well for me except when I have to tight it up during the run, keep tagging extra belt and when I move belt around to reach the bottle it moves my shirt too. It also has two nice pockets with enough space to fit extra gu, cell phone and even camera. The biggest problem with it that 20 oz is not enough for longer than 6-8 miles runs. With these belt 4 bottles you have enough to drink for about 10-14 miles of running on a moderately warm day. My waist size about 31 and small belt size fits me tight over the shirt, I could probably have medium size but this one was on sale and medium was a bit too big as I've tested it in a store. Pockets are of a moderate size, 2-3 gu, cell phone and car key is all you can fit in there. I didn't have problems with bottles falling off or bouncing around, even when I had only 2 instead of four for a shorter runs. You do need to place the bottles in a back/front position, not on the sides, to avoid hitting them with your arms. I found that it's little harder to drink from these flasks comparing to my Nike bottle, maybe because big bottle create better flow and also nipples are tighter than I would prefer. Really not a big concern, I was expecting it would annoy me on my second hour of running but it didn't. Having multiple bottles has also benefited of having water in one and Gatorade or other sport drink in the others so you can water down your energy snacks/gel easier. Btw. for those who found that regular gu is not enough to power you up at some point try roctane gu, I found it amazingly powerful.
Last thing, but not the list, this belt looks good!

This waist pack is relatively comfortable, light weight and breathable. I find I have to wear it around my waist, above my hips, because otherwise it just rides up over and over. I bought a medium so it would fit around my hips - but even if I do it up snug, it still rides. So, I wear it around my waist. In hindsight I should have got a size small. I wear a size 10 jeans, but my waist is small. Wearing the pack around my waist means it effects my stride a bit - my arms will bump into it. Also, if you do not fill all four water bottles, the pack will move a bit in the direction of the weight.
Overall, this is a good product and will become a good running friend. I took it out for 12 miles on the weekend and was very satisfied - it carried two gels packs and lots of water (each bottle is 12 oz). The bottles slide in and out very easily - but I did walk while drinking so I cannot say if one could take the bottles out while running.
I think this is worth trying.

I used this belt once so far for a long run. It worked well except that I had to turn it 90 degrees so that I wouldn't hit my elbows on the front water bottles. I don't know who they tested this on, they must have had short arms. I gave it 4 stars though because I did appreciate the extra water and the water bottles didn't bounce around like 1 large bottle does. I think they could redesign this belt with 2 bottles in front and 2 bottles in back and make it a 5 star item.

As a long distance runner it is pain to stash water or return home and refill your bottle. I thought this could solve my problem. I ran with this waist pack all summer and into fall.It is bulky and takes some getting used to. If not placed properly it will bounce. More often than not it worked ok. But the belt is fastened by Velcro and does come undone. This has happened a few times mid run. Also sometimes the water bottles fall out. It is not fun to stop in the middle of the crosswalk to pick up your water bottle. The front pocket is smaller than I would of liked. The back pocket is much larger. But when I'm running I rather just unzip and go rather than stop and dig through the back pocket for my gels. The bottles also need to be hand washed which can be pain if you use it daily. It served it's purpose though. After it falling off again mid run I have stuck to my Nathan Quick Draw Plus and put cash in the pouch and now stop at the gas station for more water. I am training for a full marathon so I will give the belt another try ( I have sewn on extra Velcro to see if it helps), but if the problems persist I will buy a Fuel Belt instead which is smaller and from what I have heard easier to deal with. Another tip try to drink evenly from all of the bottles. If they are full on one side and empty on the other redistribute the bottles. More weight on one side can get annoying as well.
