I have own this for only one month and i love these muscle clamps. They're light and they fit around a 2" Olympic bar and curl bar. They slide off and on easy without hassle or scrapping. They lock in position and are easy to take off their locking position. Will probably buy another set for my curl bar. They are light but very strong so far.
I was doing 275lbs. on squats and kind of had a slight lean to the left but all the weight was kept on with out the muscle clamp ever moving or sliding.
