I've been using these for about four weeks and running about 25-35 miles per week. The pain in my knees has diminished with use of the Mueller straps. They look a bit funny to wear and I have a funky tan line on my legs because of these, but heck, who cares about looks if they help knee support. Overall, for the price and effectiveness, I would recommend these straps.Customer Review: Seem to help

I have been having serious knee pain related to my patellar tendon and had to take some time off from running. After starting up slowly I started experiencing the same pain again. I have been taking it much easier as far as the runs go in addition to wearing these braces and the pain seems to have quit for the most part. I have had some issues with tendonitis in my knee from playing tennis. This strap has seemed to help keep that tendonitis in check. If you have a similar problem (pain below the kneecap), whether it be from tennis or running, or whatever may cause knee pain, buying this is worth a shot. So far, so good. Great value.
