I worked a temporary job helping deliver packages around the holidays. Stepping in and out of the truck 500+ times a day left me unable to bend my knee without pain and sleeping became really difficult if I didn't keep my legs completely straight. I was pretty bummed out about it, mainly because I've never had any chronic pain before. After about a month I read the reviews here and ordered the jumper's strap. It felt a little weird at first, but 3 weeks later the difference is like night and day. I'm slowly running further and further on the treadmill and I can climb stairs again with no pain. I love this, i been having knee issues for a year kept wasting money on heating pads and other things and now i have this i got it today and when i say it feels better to lay down and to walk and bend i mean it, for under 10.00 this was a miracle for me i dnt feel old anymore i feel my age 20 years old and i feels great its so small but it so strong and rewarding to the knee, thank God for whoever created this miracle for my knee will buy more when this is wore out!!!! I was having knee pain everytime I do a long run. I was told by a friend to possibly try some knee wraps and/or straps. I bought another brand, but it doesn't hold. This Mueller works the best, as it holds during short or long distance running. It's comfortable, too, and doesn't rub badly against my skin. the jumpers knee strap is very helpful when you do a lot of HIIT and of other cardiovascular exercise it takes away the pain from the knee. when i have it one i can perform at 100% better to when i am not wearing it.!! I have really bad knees. I had been running for a few months and my knee pain pain got bad enough I had to stop running. I bought these to try while running and I noticed they helped right away. I don't need to wear one on my right knee anymore. Very happy with product especially for the money.
