I haven't been able to run for a few years now relating to a knee injury. I picked it back up a few weeks ago once I received these in the mail. Boy, what a difference it makes. I bought two.. and now just to buy more in all different colors!
Description of Mueller Jumper's Knee Strap
Designed to improve patellar tracking and elevation, the Mueller? jumper's knee strap applies mild pressure on the tendon below the kneecap.
