The BRACE IS EASY TO USE AND COMFORTABLE. i KEEP IT ACCESSIBLE FOR HEAVY LIFTING AND LONG DRIVES. I HAVE WORN IT FOR TENNIS RATHER THAN MY PRESCRIPTION FITTED BRACE, IT IS A GOOD SUPPLIMENTAL ITEM AND WILL ORDER AGAIN... I have worked as a carpenter for 40 years and have used many back braces.
This product cannot be equaled when used in the proper context.
It will not totally cure your back pain but will give relief and lower
back support as is its purpose and does it well.
No surprises here. A very good product priced fairly.

Only complaint is that it almost works too well at times as it gets super tight. I have moved heavy couches with this thing, as well as bussed tables at a busy restaurant with no pain.
Your range of motion is probably 80% or so, but I would rather have a slight limit on motion but get protection as the trade off.

I use this back brace to drive to and from work. My driving time is 45 minutes to 1 hour. This back belt is perfect to keep good posture, therefore, relieving pain. Definitely recommended to anyone with chronic back pain.
