This support has far exceeded my expectations. I wear it on plane trips
and for car rides. I rarely take it off, unless I am in bed.
The only thing to be aware of is to take it off when going through
screening at airports, as x-rays will not go through it, and u will
be subjected to a pat down. Just take it off and send it through in one
of the tubs.

My mum used it whenever her back feels strained or aching. She had a lower back operation some 16 years back and had used numerous back braces and never found one that really worked for her. except the very 1st one from the hospital that turned out to be too big and have since reached end of life. The brace attaches around the waist twice, once wrapping right to left, and then wrapping left to right over the first set. The brace holds well, and it is a tight wrap. The one drawback is that with 2 pairs of velcro attachments they tend to attach to each other when the brace is stored and they make a very tight connection, and it takes some finesse to brake them apart for use.Customer Review: This back brace works great for me

I wasn't sure if it would help but I put this on when my back is bugging me and it feels better right away. It's a quality product. It's identical to the one Verizon issues to their field employees--a buddy of mine works for Verizon. I bought this because the picture of it looked the same as his. It is. Real quick;
Had one like this in high school, I was a cheerleader who did stunts , constantly throwing the flyer., etc. Which was hard on an already testy lower back. I was seeing a Chiropractor then and bought a very expensive brace from him for support during practice.
This one is exactly the same at a fraction of the price.
