Once installed, the device is suitable for both home use and for meeting the rigorous demands of hospitals and rehabilitation clinics. The electronic meter, meanwhile, offers a host of measurables, including pedal revolutions per minute (RPM), total pedal revolutions, and time in minutes and seconds. Other features include a control knob for adjusting the brake force and a handle for easy lift and transport. The 871E measures 18 by 21 by 24 inches (W x H x D), weighs 55 pounds, and carries a one-year warranty.
