Sports reviews of Minimoto Maxii 400 Electric Mini Motorcycle [Discontinued]Customer Review: Santa did good Sport shop rating: 5 Stars
First off let me clear the air on the MaxII. This machine moves satisfyingly quick for an "ELECTRIC" pocket bike. I bought this for my 12yr old daughter this 04 Christmas and she loves it. What's cool about it is even mom and dad can ride. Honda list the max rider weight at 200lbs, I'm 5'11" @ 213 and it still moves pretty quick. I even pack my 5yr old daughter on it. I sit on the tail section while she sits in the seat and I'll hold the inside of the handle bar while she throttles it and let me tell you it moves fast enough for a small bike carrying 239lbs. It takes 2 ~ 3 seconds to get up to speed with this much weight but once there 15 ~ 18 mph is surprisingly fast when riding something this small. So you could imagine how quick it would be with a lighter rider. Anywayz, I'm very impressed with it and have no regrets. I'm even thinking of purchasing one more so we all can ride together, Mom and 6yr old son on two Razor pocket rockets, 12yr old daughter on her MaxII, and Me and 5yr old daughter on the other MaxII soon. I just hope the bikes last. Honda has all replacement parts and they list the life expectancy of the battery @ about a year if maintained properly. We'll see I guess. Check out Teamminimoto.com pretty cool stuff. You can even check out the manuals too. ATV and Go-Kart looks hot. Santa did good Aloha

Frequently Asked Questions - Can it go up hills or off road? The Minimoto is not intended to run on tall grass or loose gravel or sand. If the surface is hard, then the bike should be able to manage. As to hills, the Minimoto should be able to go up a rather steep 8% grade with a normal rider.
- Can I wash my Minimoto? You must remember that the Minimoto is an electric vehicle and therefore is very sensitive to water. It is possible to clean the vehicle but you must take special care not to get any electrical parts wet.
