We purchased the ball for a family fun day at the park. It was a little flat when we received it, but all and all it played its part. It is the perfect family kickball size. You may want to consider purchasing the needle used to add air in it. Both are very inexpensive but valuable to a great family field day.Customer Review: good standard, but this one is better!

I did not find this product to be superb. It is a ball that can be kicked. It has not lasted, however. I admit my friends and I have abused this ball. We leave it in the car and occasionally letting a 90-lb girl sit on it to protect her shorts from getting dirty. I have owned basketballs in the past. I know what the sun, particularly in South Florida, can do to inflatable objects, but the weather right now is mild, a mere 85 degrees inside the car with the windows up. This is pretty much the classic red rubber playground kickball you remember from when you were a kid. Here's the trouble: you're not a kid anymore. When full sized adults kick this thing hard, it gradually gets lumpy and ours tore in the fourth inning. We switched to an 8 1/2" playground ball to finish out the game. I liked the ball while it was in use, but just make sure you have a backup.
