I purchased this ProStretch product for my son on his Doc's (Othopedics)suggestion. He has had a problem with Seaver's, a common diagnosis for young athletes. He does use it and it does seem to work. That's all I can ask. It's easier than say standing on the edge of a step and has the gadget appeal even to an 11 year old. A good product in my opinion.Customer Review: Calf stretcher

This is a lifesaver. I have always had tight calf muscles, but never went looking for this item until I severely sprained my ankle. My physical therapist had one of these, and I got hooked. It's good for helping a sprain get better, but also just good for people with flat feet. Nothing I've found gets a better stretch. Having a ProStretch at home has made all the difference for me. It has allowed me to keep my calves from tightening up and making it difficult for me to walk properly. My one caveat is that it works much better with sneakers on, which makes it a little annoying when you want a quick stretch before bed. I love the stretch this gives me, but make sure you wear flexible shoes like tennis shoes when using, can hurt your bare feet and not recommended to be used without shoes... I only have one, but so far it makes stretching my foot really easy and I can feel the stretch- The booklet with this also gives lots of exercise suggestions!Customer Review: It worked!

This got rid of my PF whne nothing else - rest, icing, golf balls, tennis balls, heat etc - did. It took 4 days. Used in combination with the blue silicone heel inserts. I've had PF since June - no more!HTP Heel Seats™
