I was having plantar fasciitis problems and buying every type of shoe insert trying to find something that helped. Nothing really worked until I tried using the prostretch. I don't use it much, but I use it just before going out for a run. It didn't take long and my heal pain and plantar problems are gone. The extra dorsiflexion achieved with this device gives a tremendous stretch to the posterior muscles and tendons of the the lower leg. Patients suffering from chronic tightness of the calves, achilles tendon and plantar fascitis will notice considerable improvement very quickly after using the ProStretch. I ordered this product for my husband and he has given me such tremendous reports of it having helped his feet. He travels 5 days a week and takes it with him on his trips so he is able to facilate it's use even then.
He really hasn't complained of his symptoms since he received the pro-stretch. Now he is trying to get our daughter to use it too!

I was having crazy pains in my foot and calves would cramp like crazy after running. Went to see the doc and said I had plantar flaci---something. So I stretched often and longer but it still hurt. Physical therapist suggested this device, it def gives me a much deeper stretch and it's convenient. I developed heel pain from running and knew that I need to stretch my calf muscles. Although you can easily do so without the ProStretch, I can feel more of a stretch when I use this device. With practice I could probably do the same thing on my own, but I have a busy schedule and like that this device easily ensures a good stretch. I use it several times a day.
