Though a simple idea, the value of a good stretch across your calf up your leg through your buttocks is an amazing relaxation of some daily tensions.
Surprisingly, the device is not as flimsy as pictured, but a fairly rugged material with a robust feel.
I enjoy owning & using it daily. I have recommended it to friends, whether they still play sports or workout, just for the simple benefit of releasing any pent up energy in their legs muscles.

This product provides a deep calf stretch - a deeper stretch then I can get from a stretching on a stair or likewise. I had developed some fairly painful knots in my calf while running. I am a casual runner - 20 - 25 miles per week. I had originally used this device at my gym, and sprang for the $30 to have one at home. I have very tight calf muscles, and this little piece of plastic does the trick! It positions the foot in such a way, as to provide a great stretch.Customer Review: Instand Relief

This little piece of plastic was invented by a genius. I highly recommend it for people with lower leg/foot injuries. It works first time, right out of the box as long as you follow the instructions carefully. The beauty is that it can be used in a way that doesn't aggravate your injury while providing stretching improvement and pain relief at the same time. This little doohickey is fantastic. I'm in my 30s and have fabulous shoes I haven't been wearing the past few months because of increasing pain in my left heel. The first few times I used this the pain actually was worse for the day, one time so much I wanted to hop around on one foot, but now it's been a week and I have SIGNIFICANT improvement in my pain. I learned about the prostretch unilateral from my physical therapist for my foot. I liked it very much. It helped me stretch my achilles, calf and hamgstrings. I can pick up my foot without dragging it. My foot is not hurting that much now. Of course I have been doing my stretching exercises religiously. I would highly recommended it to anyone if they have foot problem or planta facisatis.
