Got this for my wife who had been using one on load from
the physical therapist as part of treatment for plantars
facieitis (sp?) - and was working well for her. She also
suggested I use it to stretch out before & after being out
on my bicycle (16 miles is a typical short ride for me);
this has cut down any feeling of pulling a calf muscle when
riding on windy days or longer distances. Well worth to have
one of these to help stretching out. Shipped quickly as
anything else I've ordered through amazon.

I used the prostretch when I was getting physical therapy for a broken ankle, and I liked it so much I bought one for myself. I have plantar fasciitis, and the prostretch provides a really profound and relaxing calf stretch which helps loosen up the tight muscles that cause foot tenderness and pain.
It provides such a strong stretch that I would warm up a little before using it, by walking around or doing less intense stretching of the gastrocnemious muscle in the calf.
A terrific product that does what it promises to do.

This product has been a tremendous help for my partner. She ruptured her achilles tendon earlier this year and rehabilitation was eventually canceled. This device provides daily convenience for her use when she sees fit. It is providing great stretching directly where it needs to for her injury. She said its a duplicate of what she used during rehab treatment. Thanks Amazon for allowing this item to be on sale via your website. This is one of those products you simply cannot do with out if you are a runner or walker. The could make a larger size, but it is what it is. I got it to help with Hamstring issues and I am satisfied. I may make my own larger size model.
I the idea that the world lives on the average size and no one thinks big guys like to look cool;the one's who do make larger always goage prices. There is no eception to this rule.

I have been dealing w/ the pain of planters factitious for a while now. It's a pain having to stretch every morning or night, especially w/ a full time job and 2 children under 3. However, I leave this thing next to my bed and stretch first thing in the AM and last thing in the PM and it works very well. I first started using it while in PT and found that of all the other stretches they had me do, this one seemed like the most productive and felt the most effective.
