This really makes a difference. I was impressed with using it then forgot for a couple days and one morning woke up with the familiar 'ow' pain in my heel from the plantar faciitis... I haven't actually ordered this for myself but have ordered quite a few for my patients. They love it for easy stretching of their calves. And its small so doesn't take up much space. I would recommend it if you want to be able to stretch your calves daily with ease.Customer Review: Does the Trick

I had used this same ProStretch years ago in therapy and it helped my plantar facitis. I ordered the single but find it hurts my knee when used alone and I know I need the dual stretch.
