Simplicity Rules!
This simple yet effective product works like a charm. The elastic material and strong hold create a firm grasp around the abdomen. The belt retains body heat and provides a good support for the back while lifting weights at the gym.
I wear it while walking on the treadmill. I wend down one jeans size within the first two weeks of use.

This is one of the products that you won't regret purchasing, it provides great back support and an excellent waist trimmer. One thing I like about it is it is so flexible and soft, very very comfortable! I work out everyday with P90x and Insanity; Insanity focuses on you core and has a lot of bending, lots of awkward movement and I I feel very comfortable wearing this.Customer Review: Great product

I had a similar waist trimmer years ago which I used to improve my posture and assisted weight lose during my workout at gym. I was hesitant about purchasing this product as I was concerned about the quality. I was surprise that the quality was quite good and width of the belt adequate. I've tried quite a few trimming belts and this is by far the best! It is very comfortable and the material they use are the best. I used it for the first time while using my treadmill and it made me drip sweat like crazy. If you have tried alot of belts before, you'll have to try this one. I have tried 2 other waist trimmer belts and this one seems to be the best so far. The other two sort of fell apart in a couple of months. I am 5'3 and the McDavid waist trimmer is the perfect size for my petite frame and adjusts for a tight fit. It really does make you sweat in the wrapped area. I use the belt every day to keep my waist slim. Good luck guys!
