I am a woman in her 40's who has had two children by c-section and I cannot lose the tummy flab regardless of my diet. I eat well. I am hoping to use this belt along with exercise to lose the extra weight.
I have tried other belts made specifically for postpartum reduction and found them to be very uncomfortable and pretty much useless. This belt is very comfortable and super easy to use. You can make it as tight as you want and it's still very comfortable even while sitting. There is no muffin top which I have had with other belts. There are no underwires that dig into you or eye loops to fight with- Yay velcro! It is wide enough that it covers well above my navel and low enought to support my lower abdominals and my lower back- it feels great! I wear it while I do my housework and it does not budge. Some belts ride up or roll-not this one, I am very pleased with it.
I haven't used it that long so I cannot say if it has reduced my tummy but I will definately check back in with an update. I would recommend it.

I absolutely love this product. It stretches to whatever size fit I need
and the best part.....it stays in place!! I do NOT have to keep adjusting it.
Once I place it in a comfy position...it remains there until i am ready to remove it.
i lOVE the width and overall feel. I have been wearing this at work (for about
a week now) and boy do I sweat underneath it. My skin and shirts get pretty wet.
I can see results from wearing this item. No major weight loss from the ab area...
not that I was expecting that from just wearing it on my ("sit down")job.
I plan on working out with it....hopefully I will see more results.
I recommend this item to all. I am glad that I found this brand. I am going to order
a few more. I would hate to have something happen to this one and not be able to
replace it. I have tried a few of these waist trimmers and this one by far is the best!!!

I wanted this product to wear during my cardio workouts. It does a great job of insulating heat in my abs and do cause me to sweat a lot more than without the trimmer. I can see a lot more muscle definition in my stomach (I'm 24 years old and female). I have a lot more toned look after using this band for a few weeks.
Also what I thought was great about this product is the size. It is wider than a lot of bands, and it also is very long. This could fit a pretty large person. I can't remember the origional length off hand, because I cut mine down. It was just a little awkward with the amount it overlaped so I trimmed the material down. It also has a lot of stretch to it. so depending on what I'm doing, I wear it tighter with some exercises (walking, running, working out on the eliptical) and I leave it looser when I go on a bike ride, recombant biking or a spin class.

This product arrived on time (within three days of ordering it), and it fits well. Once worn, it feels comfortable (feels almost unnoticeable after a while). Because of the inner-lining and, of course, your body temperature, you may feel that you are a little sweaty underneath, if you do extreme stuff while wearing it (I'd advise doing little exercises to help with the waist band's work). You may want to also keep a lint brush around, because the waist band's outer covering can pick of things like lint (and if you have a pet, hair/fur). Also, when worn, please refrain from wrapping the waist band beyond your limits. Wrapping it around your waist to the point of extreme tightness (which I can see as being a temptation) will not help you, and make sure, when putting it on, that you wrap the band at a size where you are going to be comfortable when both sitting and being on your feet.Customer Review: Great Support!

I have a back support belt but it was wayyyy too hot and stiff. I read the reviews on this one and it appeared to be the best of the best so I thought I'd give it a shot and I'm so happy that I did! It fits nicely over my hips and abs reminding me to use good posture whether sitting or standing. Oddly enough, although it's called a "waist trimmer" I don't feel as hot as I did in my back support belt yet when I take it off after work it's full of sweat on the inside (I know it sounds gross but isn't that what it's made for?)! Oh, and a really nice feature is that it doesn't stink of plastic, neoprene, etc.! It's not at all bulky so no one knows I'm wearing it under my clothes! I don't know if my waist has trimmed at all but my back feels SO much better so for MY purposes this belt gets 5 Stars!
