I use this ball both at the gym and at home in my workout space (garage). its pretty much the perfect size for any ab workout that i have, and it comes with a pump to keep it nice and firm. not sure what colors it comes in, but basic black is what i have and it is fine.
The only gripes I have, and they can't really be helped, is that it takes up alot of space in my home. that, and i also noticed that the one at my gym smells a bit funny (could be all the sweat from all the users). overall though, I recommend this to anyone needing a good ball for doing abs and back exercises and stretches.
Be sure to get the right size ball for whatever you are doing....there are several at my gym that are ginormous, but this one fits my bodysize perfectly.

I bought this to use as my office chair at work. It seems very reliable, and I have had no issue with it deflating. I was glad it came with a pump and it's nice to have around for whenever i will eventually have to inflate it. I ordered the 75cm but it looks like I got the next size down. I am a tall girl, 5'11, and I was disappointed, but I was excited about the purchase so i gave it a try. It works fine so long as it's fully inflated.
It's nice to have a black one in the office, makes me feel a LITTLE less weird about having one.
It's fun to bounce on during the day and it really has improved my posture.
I love it.

This is the first time I've owned one of these, so I wasn't quite sure what to expect. The image on the purchase page indicated it was black - I got a white one, but I wasn't too concerned about that. The ball is very sturdy - it takes a fair amount of abuse in my office on a daily basis. For the price, it is a good value - especially given that it ships with a foot pump. Others have indicated the smell was overbearing - it was a strong scent of plastic and rubber for the first few days, but no worse than being in the shoe department of Wal-mart or Payless. I bought this ball as a chair for my home computer desk as my posture was crap. The ball was easy to inflate, hasn't gone down, and easily supports my weight (85kgs). Best of all my posture is much better although it's not quite the miracle 'Ab workout' that i'd hoped for.
Down side was it cost a lot for me to get shipped to Europe and took about 3 weeks, but at least they were prepared to do so, unlike some of the british and german sellers i tried to buy through.

I've been using this ball as a computer chair since it arrived a few days ago. Really feeling it from my abs down to the tips of my toes.
Two not so great things about the ball are (1) the material it's made of bonds to paint if it touches a painted surface for a few hours and (2) it is extremely difficult to remove the air plug when you need/want to adjust the air pressure. The latter especially is a design flaw I hope the company addresses.
