Purchased thinking I would do some sit ups while watching tv-
as soon as I blew it up (and added a lil air later that day)-- My two kids stole it and I haven't seen it since.
When I find it again, I'll see about that whole "working out" thing.. :}

just got this today and learned some cool stuff off youtube on how to use it.the ball seems very strong but the pump is a joke,I used my lungs to inflate it and then used the pump at the end otherwise it would have taken all day,well worth the priceCustomer Review: Great Core Training
