Was Very Pleasently suprised with this item. It was used 4 times in first 7 days. We tried Chicken, ribs, brisket in the 4 days. Chicken was the best Chicken I have ever had. Was told the same thing by 3 adult members of my family. Smoker is a "learn as you go" item though. Cooked ribs at too high heat first time. That's was human err though. Continue to use this item twice week in my house. Would HIGHLY recommend!

Max Burton 06300 Stove Top Smoker as seen on national television, allows you to bring natural smoked and barbecue flavors indoors. Just put the smoker on our induction cook top or any electric or gas stove top, or in the oven or barbecue to get unmatched smoked flavor. Smoke fish, poultry, meat, game, shellfish, cheese, and vegetables. Pan also doubles as a lasagna pan.If you haven't yet discovered the joys of smoking foods at home, this stove top smoker may be both a fun and worthy investment. Made of heavy-gauge stainless steel, the Max Burton Stove Top Smoker is a simple device that fits right over your gas or electric burner and allows you to smoke fish, meats, cheese, and vegetables to tender, juicy, flavorful perfection. Simply place a small pile of ground wood chips at the bottom of the smoker, cover them with the drip tray, set the rack on top of the tray, and pile the food onto the rack. Then slide the lid over the top to seal the cooker, place it on the stove, and you're ready to fire up. (With most stoves, you'll need two burners.) There's no fuss involved and no more smoke than if you were pan frying. The rack and drip pan are both non-stick coated and very easy to clean, by hand or in the dishwasher. The device comes with a small sampling of recipes to get you started.
