This little thing works great. It heats up very fast, like in two minutes. The reason I only give it 4 stars is because it will not work on a 12volt converter that converts to a regular wall plug socket. So, you can only use it in the car. It's small enough, holds about 4 cups of soup/casserole. The outside does get very hot so you want to make sure no papers and such are near to catch fire. The potential to burn yourself is there as well. But it's nice to have hot food on the road.
