Not much to say really...this is a fine, very straightforward heated thermos. It's somewhat different than other "heated water jugs" in that it's thermos-shaped, which is an asset in my office. And it gets HOT--the water will boil.
If I had any complaint it would only be that there's not an AC option for this puppy....it's intended to be used in a car or truck.
