If I get even a few drops of water in my ear, I get an ear infection which often develops into a sinus infection almost overnight; "swimmer's ear," alcohol, peroxide, jumping up & down smacking myself in the head don't work! I have tried a few different ear plugs; I especially don't like the "balls of wax," especially since I swim in a lake and after a few uses they look all...greenish-brownish moldy. Blech!
These are so soft & comfortable, easy to put in correctly and easy to grasp, remove, & clean; and most importantly, very, very effective at keeping out water. Reading reviews by people who surf & water-ski made up my mind to try these, and I am very pleased with them...and I can finally swim with no reservations.

I swim quite often and always hate getting water in my ears, it is annoying and distracting. After researching plugs on amazon, these got the best reviews and I agree with the other reviewers that they are great! They work very nicely, don't fall out, can't even tell they're in! The one complaint that I have is very vain, but the purple plug does stick out of the ear quite a bit and I am sure looks quite funny. Regardless, I love the plugs! I have suffered with badly fitting earplugs for 7 years, thinking it always had to be that way. But just tried these and am in love. They are fantastic. I hardly know they're there, they are so unobtrusive. Even though they stick out somewhat from inside the ear, they are so light and flexible that they can fold inside your cap and still do their job. They seem to keep water out no matter how I position them. Very pleased!!!Customer Review: Great earplugs!

These are soft, comfortable, easy to insert and to remove, and you can't beat the price! It was nice to get two pairs, and the carrying case keeps me from losing them.
I go swimming once or twice a week, but for about 2 hours at a time, and I've had no problems with the seal on these. If you follow the directions enclosed with the plugs, you'll have no problem putting them in.

These do what they say they will do. They block the water out! So much better than the silicone earplugs! These things stay in your ear, and actually keep all the water out. The first time I used them with a swim cap over top, and one ear hurt a bit. But after more practice with putting them in, I didn't have any more problems. Great investment!!
