Customer Review: Like Being Back On the River

I've been using the Lifecore R900 Rowing Machine for a week since purchasing. I used to row in an eight. This machine is sturdy, well engineered, quiet and smooth. It's the closest thing to "oars in the water" I've experienced on any rowing machine (but without the choppiness of waves and having to "set-up" the boat." It provides a true rowing experience and a great work-out. I had some questions initially about the feedback graphics, which I emailed to the company, and the *president* responded the same evening (pretty impressive customer service). He had one of his employees recontact me by email to make certain I'd had my questions answered adequately. There are so many similar products out there that I haven't tried, and cannot make an honest comparison among them all. I'm just very lucky I chose this one because of its excellent engineering and simulation of actual rowing. Even more important than the excellent quality of the machine is the obvious nature of the company that built it - they'll stand behind it and be very helpful with any problems (it certainly appears so from my experience with them).
