Customer Review: A great entry into charcuterie

I originally was using the stuffer attachment for my Kitchenaid mixer and since I'm a one man operation (wife wife thinks its icky and won't help), I got into a lot of trouble, mostly because the feed tube is about a foot and a half off the counter. The LEM stuffer sits at counter level so it's great for one person to use. The kit also sets you up REALLY well with sausage making supplies with plenty of casings and spice mixes.
The only drawback I can see is that it might be difficult to clean the part of the stuffer that pushes the forcemeat down, but i wipe it down really well and finish with a weak bleach solution. I'm still alive so it must be working :)
