I tested this product by swimming with it in my pool and diving with it to about 10 ft.
Then I took it in the shower to simulate heavy rain :)
One drop of water got into it but not enough to damage anything I suppose.
It think if you are not planning on swimming with it it should be fine given
the beating I gave it :)
It is certainly big enough to hold your cell phone and some other stuff.
Another plus is that it floats.
The sealing system doesn't seem too robust. I can imagine that it may start leaking
after some repeated use...
There may also be some quality control issues judging from the reviews on here.
You may just have to get lucky and get a good one.
PS If you want something that's really waterproof get the DicPac WP560.
I have the WP310 for my camera this thing IS waterproof.
