The product description on Amazon is very misleading. These are not "Assault Weapon" products. They can be sold and shipped to any state in the US. Pump shotguns are not considered "Assault Weapons" so the statements about Assault Weapons were obviously put on the product page by someone ignorant to the laws.

This product is amazing. I'm a small woman who can now shoot full 3" Magnum Slugger loads with one hand!!! AMAZING! There is almost no felt recoil what so ever and target reacquisition is incredibly fast.

I'd highly recommend this product to everyone.
