I think I owe it to this product to post a review saying that it has lived up to its claims and the reviews posted here at Amazon. I am by nature a serious skeptic (I am so tired of promise over performance), but this product has meant I could keep running with virtually no more knee pain. I have run over 700 miles in training since last June, and ran two marathons and a half marathon. Obviously no product works for everyone, but if you have runners knee and are frustrated, I think you owe it to yourself to give this a try.
