We have owned this for a little over a year now, and it looks like new except for the safety rope on the surf board (purchased separately). The swing set is very sturdy, and the board swings are comfortable for the kids. It comes with space for an additional accessory--we purchased the surf board. The set took us about a half a day to assemble, and another day to set in concrete. We like this kind of set much better than those enormous wooden forts, which never seem to be used. I'm amazed that I can purchase something like this on Amazon, with no sales tax and free shipping, it's a no-brainer. Highly recommended if your child loves to swing.
