The only way to get a decent workout with this DVD is to tape your remote control to a dumbbell! Constantly having to fast-forward through the 30 second breaks between each and every single workout gets to be REALLY annoying...and unnecessary. Hello, DIGITAL media...if someone feels like they need a break (especially one THAT long) there is this thing called a PAUSE button. Some of the workouts are actually shorter than the breaks. By the second round of this monotonous routine I had to shut the thing off because I was so annoyed. Most people have to work their fitness routine in-between a busy work and family schedule so I can't imagine doing this on any regular basis. What a waste of time! Or like I suggested, tape your remote to a heavy dumbbell or maybe work in a set of pushups so at least you can feel like you are doing something worthwhile rather than just standing around and waiting. I also felt like the instructor was not very motivating. So unless you like a long drawn out fitness routine, my suggestion is to pass on this DVD.
