This backpack is extremely comfortable because the padding is thick and well-placed, the distribution of weight is very well designed (it works!) and it's the easiest one I've come across in terms of placing the child inside and buckling her in the "cockpit" (which, by the way, is also very very comfy for your passenger). The mirror is genius - I always wondered what my kid is doing back there AND it doubles as a toy for my toddler. I have no complaints and am very impressed with the quality, attention to detail and just ease of use and comfort of this carrier. I hike every other day for an hour down and back up a steep hill in our local woods, and this thing makes it as painless as possible carrying my currently 10 month old daughter, while keeping up with our doggies.
