Description of KETTLER Happy plus Princess Tricycle

The Princess Plus Trike has a four position quick adjust frame so it can grow with your child or be used by multiple children. The parent-operated chrome-plated push bar allows kids to ride and enjoy the trike long before they learn to pedal, as young as 12-months old or as soon as they can grip the handles. The push bar makes the trike a great stroller alternative for eager and active 1-year-olds who don't like being passive passengers. The Auto-Freewheel, automatic freewheeling system allows children to rest their feet on the pedals while their parents guide them with the push bar without the pedals moving. The push bar can be removed easily as soon as your child is ready to pedal on her own.

As your child grows she will be able to reach and operate the pedals, first with the guidance of adult helping with the push bar, and then independently. Pedaling the trike helps kids build confidence and leg strength as they explore.

Designed to be safe for young riders, the Princess Plus Trike has fat tires that provide excellent traction for all terrain riding and are super stable. Limited turn radius steering restricts the handlebars and front wheel from turning more than 45 degrees to the left or right, radically reducing the danger of tipping over. The child-operated dual wheel rear handbrake provides speed control and stopping power for additional safety and stability. The trike's handlebar-mounted storage bag provides a great way for kids to take supplies along. The rear tipping-bucket provides additional storage and is easy to remove and clean when necessary.
