They are KEM's, the industry standard. What more do you want to know? They will last a long time and are great to play with. Only problem with mine is they are somewhat "cracked" after I left them in my car in freezing temperatures but they still hold up well even after that. They just have more texture to them now so don't slide across surfaces as well. If you keep them out of the freezing cold then they will hold up well as I have other sets that are still perfect going on two years later with weekly use.
