Customer Review: Excellent Skate, but Beware Tongue Strap

I tried on a pair at Sport Chalet in June 2007. Very nicely designed and comfortable skates. I wanted to buy them, but the tongue strap ripped off as I was adjusting them in the store. The next day I read James Miller's review of the similar K2 Moto (84/80mm). Same problem. I would be wary of buying these without first checking the tongue strap.
I was disappointed that the MOTO 90 and higher models do not use the speedlace system that's offered on the MOTO, the EXO 6.1, etc. A very handy and well designed feature with no drawbacks, as far as I can tell.
