I can't tell you what I think of the product yet, because I have to return it. I ordered blue, and they sent pink anyway. Don't think my husband would want pink! Fortunately Amazon will pick up the return shipping, but I'm worried about getting the blue one in time for Christmas. Read a review that the same thing happened to someone else. Was able to use the JumpSnap, but every time I wanted to utilize the counter I had to remove and replace the batteries. This wouldn't have been so bad, but the battery compartment was closed with a screw so I needed to carry a screwdriver with me in order to really use the item. After doing this several times I decided to return the item rather than continue to reset the batteries every time.Customer Review: Rope Needed
