I have been very happy with the JumpSnap. It's a great workout and burns a lot of calories in a short time. I love the DVD workouts. I am still on the beginner work out but getting to the point where I don't have to take more breaks than the scheduled water breaks. I like that the workouts are divided up into 2-minute intervals. A friend suggested the JumpSnap and I thought, no way could it be as good as she said. In 12 minutes I burn almost 600 calories!! It's not only a cardio workout, it's an amazing workout for your upper body. The strength it takes to keep your arms moving is big. All I can say is give it a try. I love this wireless jumprope, no tripping, my exercise routines are continuos with no interruption. Great calorie counter and the workout dvd is a lot of fun.
