Being in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu the uniform takes a beating. This uniform is thick, and well made. It will hold up as long as you do. I recommend it 100%. The only draw back is it is a little warm because of its thickness, but if you sweat a little more then you loose a little more weight, if looked at that way its a win win situation.
Description of Judo / Jiu-Jitsu / Aikido Gi Uniform (Double Weave), Black
This is a double weave, Black gi for Judo, Jiu-Jitsu and Aikido. This gi has a traditional "rice-grain" weave for the top. It was specifically designed to withstand intense grappling during training and competition. Seams are reinforced - especially in the shoulders, lapel and sleeves - to ensure quality and durability.These uniforms do run large. Please be sure to check our size charts before order.
It is made of 100% cotton and includes pants with a traditional drawstring waist.
Please note: this is NOT a uniform intended for a beginning student. We strongly recommend that you consider a single weave uniform first (simply because they cost less - but if money is not a problem, you'll love this one instead). This uniform comes with a white belt.
