I like the push up pro. I do feel the difference, however I do get sore and tight in the shoulder area which is no problem because I must be working something. I feel the flab beneath my arms tighten which is the main reason for my purchase. I would recommmend for females.Customer Review: intense

These take the pushup to a much higher level of difficulty. Of course if it is too much of a change for you, you could even do knee push-ups (let your knees touch the ground instead of only your feet like a regular push-up.
