I have issues (neuromas) that causes my feet and toes to stiffen. These porcupine balls are very good for my problem, in that I can work my toes and the ball of my feet, which helps keep my feet limber and flexible..
My feet are much better for a day or two after using these for 10 or 15 minutes. They work MUCH BETTER than the wood rollers that are commonly sold and used on the arch area. These will massage any areas of your feet that you need massaged, including your arches.
And you can do it all while sitting down.
Edit: Price went way up since I purchased. At $24, forget it.
