Customer Review: Better posture and abdominal strength

I bought this after reading reviews for it on a website for adults with ADHD and it's been really fun so far. I work retail, but it's frequently very slow so this was a wonderful alternative to sitting on a regular old chair doing nothing. It took a little getting used to, but after I got the right motions down I could definitely feel an improvement in my posture and muscle strength.
My only complaint right now is that while it does strengthen the muscles and all, it doesn't really burn that many calories at a time so if one of the reasons you're using it is for exercise you will still need to some other regular cardio-focused exercise such as walking or kickboxing etc. As I said before, I know for a fact that my abs and lower back are building muscle because I can feel that nice ache afterwards and I'm constantly having to increase the number of reps I do on my little makeshift exercises because the first sets were too easy, but at the same time I'm not losing any of the fat on top of muscle with just the wiggle cushion alone.
My co-workers also seem to love it, so I might end up getting a couple more because they keep kidnapping it to use either as a seat cushion or back rest. :)
